Op-die-Plaas KAMP was designed by Frits and Jonel Hunlun to make your visit a unique, comfortable and fun experience on their farm Sandrivier 7km from Seweweekspoort. Our camp site and venue (Sionsrus) are spacious, a group of 80 can easily be accommodated and our fares are competitive and yes, the service is unparalleled.

We are near Seweweekspoort northern entrance (7km) and between the following towns: Calitzdorp (58km), Ladismith (48km) and Laingsburg (65km). We are on the highest point of the Koueveld Pass in the Klein Swartberg Valley. Too cold to plant fruit, but we farm with some livestock and produce vegetable seed. Camping, self-catering and Sionsrus Venue for parties, groups, camps for churches and schools.

Since opening our doors in 2008, Op-die-Plaas KAMP Sandrivier Seweweekspoort has achieved a perfect balance between farm camping and simple convenience with the Sionsrus Venue fully equipped for 80+ people. Situated almost on the border of the Klein Karoo and Central Karoo, away from it all, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Even bikers like to come and stay in the venue winter times on single beds in front of two large fire places.
